In collaboration with the Office of the CIO, we played a central role in developing and executing a digital strategy roadmap that aligned technology initiatives with business goals. This strategic alignment not only resulted in significant revenue growth and cost savings but also led to an improved and seamless digital customer journey. This transformation expanded Nissan's customer base and increased revenue streams, reflecting the power of a focused digital strategy.


Managing an Extensive Project Portfolio

Across the USA, Canada, and Mexico regions, we managed a portfolio of 175 projects, exceeding $200 million in budget. Our objective was to ensure governance, transparency, and alignment with business objectives. In doing so, we were able to deliver a healthy portfolio that met both qualitative and quantitative goals.


Promoting Governance and Transparency

One of our pivotal roles was improving portfolio governance and transparency. This was achieved by enhancing the product management of Clarity PPM and integrating it with other internal information systems such as SAP and Tableau. This integration facilitated better control and a clearer understanding of project statuses and outcomes.


Implementing IT Investment Governance Best Practices

Our team implemented IT investment governance best practices, including an IT Investment demand management process. This methodology managed and measured digital technology demands, ensuring each IT investment was strategically sound and provided value to the organization.


Successful Collaboration and Delivery

A significant part of our success was derived from partnering with onshore and offshore IT delivery, support, and vendor teams. This international collaboration ensured the successful delivery of the project portfolio, reflecting our ability to work effectively with diverse teams and across different time zones.


End-to-End Project Management

Throughout the project lifecycle, we ensured consistency and adherence to best-practice methodologies for project delivery across all platform teams. This holistic management approach ensured compliance with internal policies and facilitated smooth project execution and change management.
